Free delivery in the UK on orders over £60
- All stock lighting component orders placed before 11am Mon-Fri are shipped same day (with exception of UK bank holidays and factory closures)
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on Monday
- All wall & ceiling lights and anything that requires the magic touch of our fantastic technicians we aim to dispatch within 1-2 weeks (usually 2-4 days)

Special delivery services
For large, bulky or heavy orders, we recommend a next-day pallet service (or in special circumstances, a same day courier).

- Price depends on destination and weight/volume of your order
- We confirm your order by email as soon as it is placed
- We may contact you if the automatic shipping rates do not match the rates offered to us for your specific order
For large, bulky or heavy (50kg or more) orders, we recommend a pallet service. Palletised loads are easier, quicker and safer to handle. Its usually cheaper to ship a pallet than separate items. The palletised load is easier to store and keep secure and tidy on site - email hello@urbancottageindustries.com for a pallet delivery quote.
