These Coolicon lamp shades are to the style patented by the Benjamin Electric Company of north London in 1933 but with a strikingly attractive silver nickel plate finish. The silver lamp shades are suitable for general, task and effect lighting in a range of spaces and rooms. They cast a wide pool of light below the shade with extra ambient lighting coming from the apertures in the neck.

available as individual lamp shades and as complete pendant lights created using the Custom Lighting service

the silver lamp shades are 280mm (approx 11 inches) in diameter and 170mm (approx 7 inches) high

the hole in the neck of the shade is 40mm in diameter and compatible with the Factorylux standard screw E27 lamp holders - hooked, cord grip and threaded

we have free shade adapter rings to make the shades compatible with standard bayonet lamp holders with 26mm barrels - get in touch for more information

the silver shades are made entirely in the UK - spinning and plating - for exceptional quality

both interior and exterior have a beautiful and durable silver nickel plate finish with the interior less polished to prevent glare from the light bulb
