These lamp holders are machined in the UK from brass which is first given a silver nickel plate and then nine-carat gold plate finish. The mounting nut is male M20 threaded and fits directly to 20mm electrical conduit or similarly threaded fittings. The gold lamp holders can be mounted in any orientation and used with or without a shade. To fit a light shade, the barrel measures 26mm and the external diameter of the shade ring is 32mm.

For pendant lights, there are B22 hooked lamp holders and B22 cord grip lamp holders in the same finishes. Or there are threaded E27 standard screw lamp holders and threaded B15 small bayonet lamp holders versions in the same finishes.
