These hooked bronze light bulb sockets are precision machined in the UK from solid brass which is given an authentically dark antique patina. The fittings are attractive alternatives to modern plastic lamp holders. Use them unshaded or, for fitting to a lamp shade, the threaded barrel is 26mm in diameter and the external diameter of the shade ring is 32mm.

  • fits a standard bayonet - BC or B22d light bulb - and compatible with Factorylux light bulbs - tungsten filament and Eco-Filament Pear

  • the hook on the lamp holder can be used to hang it by lighting chain or over a mounting point

  • the lamp holder is certified to BS EN 61184:2008 and the hook also features a cord grip to prevent strain on the wiring terminals

  • comes with simple diagrams and instructions for easy and safe wiring and installation

  • supplied with a single shade ring with extras available here

  • must be earthed - wire with three core lighting cable
The bronze lamp holder can be configured as a fully wired simple pendant light or simple plug in light using the Made For You designer lighting service.
