Kyuubi is a sushi restaurant in Lisbon, Portugal, which was remodelled earlier in 2016 by the design/architecture/branding practice Space Inverters. The cage lights installed for the project featured Factorylux white balloon bulb cages and fittings.
The restaurant lighting features a unique and completely original design with the cages hung in a thicket of chop sticks suspended from the ceiling. The cage lights are made from the white bulb guards, silver E27/ES lamp holders, white round fabric cable and are lit using the spiral filament light bulbs. Congratulations to the Space Inverters team for creating a design which is both strikingly attractive and perfectly apposite for a sushi restaurant.
